Sven, I’m so glad I shifted from the old standards to these. The scribe lines are super accurate with a pica dry. This was my first square with a 1/2” heel, and I use the ruler on that way more than I thought I would. As a finish carpenter, there are countless times when I need my small measurements to be quick and accurate. It’s nice to just pull the Fusion out, especially if I’m like butting into a flat surface or a long or short point of an Angle. I have other high end vintage brass bound rules for those measurements, but I’ve been throwing the Fusion in the mix, and it’s rad. I think I’m gonna order one of the ³⁄₁₆” heels for the Micro just so I can have both heels options for both squares. Super sick to see the evolution of the tools in the past 10 years. Is there a way to wrap the numbers down on the bottom of the heel as well?

If u use a square.... I mean use a square... it's the best.. there's good ones out there... Martinez u can't see the level... stiletto heavyweight, and trigjig that haven't updated in 2 years... spend the money and get it personalized... squijig is the best square one the market... if u want a good hammer check out kinetic customs...."the best of the best"

Beautifully made, very legible, and the level in the heel is quite functional, not a gimmick. Made in USA is very important. The small screws attaching the heel are very tight, there is no movement.
