These things work great and are so much nicer than the standard stair nuts which often aren’t tall enough if there is a lot of wane or uneven edges from milling lumber. If you’re a carpenter don’t think just buy them. I got the pink color because nobody will steal them off the job
Bought one for each crew member and we love em sofar! Layout is faster, scribing is faste, overall very impressed. We also had them engraved which is a cool touch
I love this square. I'm a foreman and got one with custom name engravings for the crew and myself and they love them! Having the torpedo on me at all times is super useful!
Cool little square. I got to try it out working on doors on a historic house. Great for working on trim and intricate stuff too. Easy to read, I used the ruler on the square multiple times instead of pulling my tape out, I can see myself doing that a lot from now on. It’s pricey yes, but it’s high quality. Am sucker for a nice tool, great addition to my bag of tricks . I’ll probably end up getting the 7” as well
These jigs are such a great idea and work awesome! I have always complained about how short most stair nuts are and as a carpenter these make my work so much easier! They also look amazing and all the guys on the crew are jealous when I pull them out.

big sell point was the socket to remove my skill saw blades. Unfortunately it does not fit my M18 FUEL 7¼ Circ saw. Hopefully it works for the new rear handle one in the mail!
Overall still a great product
Got my square in quick noticed it had some blemish to it gave over a email and with no complications they helped resolve the issue great product made by great people
I've tried several Speed Square before, but I think it's the best product. I quite like the reasonable price and quality.
