Ask a Question
  • Are these sets of two or only one piece?

Comes as a set of 2.

  • Whats the main differences between the two squijig sizes?

Great question! The 1-1/4" Tall squijigs are designed for wood carpenters to over come defects in lumber. All though the 1-1/4" squijigs also work for building things like metal hand railing, stairs, truck beds etc.. The 3" squijigs on the other hand have a metal fabrication back ground. The 3" weight and size helps the framing square to stay upright and free a hand when tacking parts etc.. Having two slots gives you the freedom to side shift around parts like brackets, welds etc.. Also the larger metal beams tend to have rounded corners and the 3" width easly over comes that. Hope that helps!

Happy but sad

So this is a split review, I love the quality and the paint quality, but I’m from Canada and I’m not sure if our lumber sizes are different or not but I really wanted the speed square for joist spacing on decks and the space on the square is significantly larger so my main purpose for buying the square is now kind of pointless. Besides that it is a great product. The jigs are great, fit my Milwaukee saw and make rip cuts quick and clean

Best FraOn Earth

This framing jigs both the 3'' and 1.5'' have saved me so much time and money since the day I bought them. They also take out 98% of user error when making repeatable marks for stairs and rafters.

Hey Chris, Thanks for the awesome review!!
